How much do you know about our patient process here at Balance 360?
The patient process is an important one to go through, it is key to be informed about what is going to happen every step of the way. We want your experience with Balance 360 to be a stress free one after all! Today we’re going to be providing you with an overview of our patient process, so you can book in for your first appointment with confidence.
But before we get started, there is a prerequisite to the process. The first step is to know what to book in for! So if you’re unsure about who to book in with, we highly recommend taking our quiz to get a head start on fixing your problem.
Once you have decided what service you need to book in for, we can begin the patient process.
Initial Consultation
The patient schedules an initial consultation with one of our practitioners, where they will be given a first time form to fill out via their confirmation email. Here the patient will be able to discuss their health concerns and goals, such as what they are hoping to achieve from the appointment and following sessions.
Comprehensive Assessment
At this stage, the practitioner will conduct a comprehensive assessment of the patient. This may include a physical examination, a review of their medical history, and any other diagnostic tests as needed.
Personalised Treatment Plan
Based on the results of the comprehensive assessment, the practitioner will develop a personalised treatment plan that considers the patient’s unique health needs and goals.
Integrative Approach
The practitioner will utilise an integrative approach within the treatment plan, combining different modalities of care. This may include Osteopathic care, Reflexology, Sports Therapy, or Indian Head Massage. The goal at this stage is to utilise the right techniques to address the patient’s physical, mental and emotional wellbeing, communicating the aims and ensuring the patient is comfortable throughout.
Convenient One-Stop Shop
Balance 360 is the one-stop shop! The patient will receive all the necessary treatments and services in one convenient location, reducing the need for multiple trips to different providers.
Recommendations
After the treatment plan, the practitioner may provide recommendations for exercises to maintain progress or additional treatments or services, such as our Private Yoga lessons, to support the patient’s overall health and wellbeing.
Ongoing Care
Lastly, the practitioner will follow up with the patient to monitor their progress, and make any necessary adjustments to their treatment plan. This is to ensure the best possible outcomes for the patient!
We endeavour to see that your time with Balance 360 is a positive, stress-free experience. For more information on how we can help you, do not hesitate to contact us and speak to one of our highly trained and experienced practitioners!
