Katherine Martin
Osteopathy
Katherine is a qualified Osteopath from the European School of Osteopathy. Her passion for the industry was inspired by her family, a lot of whom are also healthcare professionals practicing alternative approaches!

Katherine is very passionate about Neurology and completed her dissertation on neurostimulators, focusing on how nerve stimulators help alleviate symptoms.
Charlie Parris
Manual Therapy
Charlie has always been interested in and had a love for the human body, its anatomy, and how the body works and moves. Having personally experienced a back injury at the age of 18, she was inspired through her recovery and started studying Sports Massage at university - officially qualifying in 2012. She additionally graduated with a Masters degree from the British School of Osteopathy in 2014.
Charlie is passionate and empathetic, and looking forward to getting started at the clinic to help get our customers Back in Balance!
Jordan Haig
Sports, Remedial & Soft Tissue Massage
Jordan is a Level 5 Soft Tissue Therapist, from the Oxford School of Sports Massage. Having previously trained as a designer, he was looking for a new career path - as an avid gym goer who personally recognised the benefits of a Sports Massage, he was inspired to give this new career path a go.

Most recently, Jordan helped at the 2024 London Marathon as a volunteer Sports Massage Therapist with NSPCC, and is looking to further his education and offering with a Level 2 Fitness Instructor qualification on the horizon.
Rhys Kinrade
Medical Acupuncture, Osteopathy, Shockwave Therapy
Rhys is a fully qualified Medical Acupuncturist, Shockwave therapist, and most recently, a qualified Osteopath. Through his studies and hearing first-hand about the results of Shockwave Therapy, Rhys spoke to Jolene and encouraged the clinic to invest in the new machine.

Rhys enjoys seeing the results of treatment and always aims to tailor each treatment to benefit his clients, making the most out of the available time to allow the body to heal and reset.
Alice Jarrett-Kerr
Medical Acupuncture, Sports Massage, Private Yoga
Alice is a student Osteopath in her fifth and final year of training at the London School of Osteopathy. She’s a qualified Sports Massage therapist and has most recently completed a foundation course with the British Medical Acupuncture Society.
Alice trained in Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga in 2015 and now has 8 years of teaching experience, including yin and pregnancy yoga, across Australia, India and the UK.
Claire Foss
Nutritional Therapy
Claire Foss is a Registered Nutritional Therapist with expertise in female health, hormones, and menopause, having completed her training at the renowned Institute for Optimal Nutrition in 2017.
Claire is passionate about empowering women through her distinctive bio-harmonising approach, which prioritises hormone balance and overall well-being, particularly during perimenopause and beyond. Drawing on her extensive knowledge of the unique challenges women encounter, Claire integrates evidence-based nutrition, functional testing, and personalised support to help her clients achieve optimal health and vitality.
Claire Taylor
Reflexology
Claire has been qualified in Reflexology since 2016, and is a member of the Association of Reflexologists (AoR). She has a personal interest in how the foot maps the body and the benefits it offers as a result, and likes offering a service where clients can zone out, and relax knowing it works their whole system.

Claire has an additional qualification in Baby Reflexology, being able to treat all patients both young and old!
Jolene Stapleton
Osteopathy, Medical Acupuncture, Shockwave Therapy, Private Yoga, Phlebotomy
Clinic owner, Jolene, graduated from the College of Osteopaths with a First Class Masters degree. She is also qualified in Medical Acupuncture through the British Medical Acupuncture Society and is a British Wheel of Yoga qualified yoga instructor (for over 10 years), running regular one to one sessions.
As well as being a structural osteopath, during her studies Jolene completed courses in Cranial and Visceral Osteopathy which are suitable for all ages and make her approach truly holistic and tailored to the individual.
Jolene has had the privilege of working at Basingstoke and North Hampshire Hospital's Wellbeing and Supportive Care Unit since September 2023, in collaboration with a dedicated team of complementary therapists and psycho-oncologists at the Ark Cancer Charity's Wellbeing Centre. Their mission is to provide vital support to individuals facing the challenges of cancer.

Her journey involves receiving referrals from esteemed professionals such as Clinical Nurse Specialists, Oncologists, the Radiotherapy team, and various Allied Health Professionals. These referrals pave the way for them to deliver specialised services aimed at alleviating the symptoms associated with cancer or the side effects of rigorous treatments like surgery, radiotherapy, chemotherapy, or medication.

Her focus lies in enhancing the quality of life for patients by making cancer treatments more tolerable. Through a holistic approach, they strive to reduce symptoms, with a particular emphasis on areas such as pain management, addressing hot flushing, managing chemotherapy-induced peripheral neuropathy, and mitigating the challenges of an overactive bladder.

Jolene is deeply committed to the well-being of those under my care, and her work is driven by a passion for improving the overall experience of individuals navigating the complexities of cancer and its treatments.
