Start out by booking a free 15 minute call. Claire will follow up with patient and send out a questionnaire to determine if they are suitable for the service.
Answer questions
After you have filled out the questionnaire and sent it back, you will be able to proceed to book an hour long appointment with a private link.

After your appointment, you will receive a health optimisation plan (HOP), with personalised guidance on nutrition, exercise, sleep and stress.

Your plan may include a hormone testing package. Your nutritional therapist will take you through your plan.

What is Nutritional Therapy?
Nutritional Therapy employs a functional medicine approach, focusing on uncovering the root causes of health problems. By providing personalised nutrition, lifestyle and functional testing support, it aims to enhance overall health and well-being. Claire uses a range of tools to assess and identify nutritional imbalances and metabolic dysfunctions, helping to understand how these factors contribute to individual symptoms and health concerns. She specialises in women’s health, hormones, perimenopause, and menopause.
What happens?
Patients will be directed to an online questionnaire, where we can determine if you are suitable for this service. If you are suitable, you will have an initial 10-minute consultation, then proceed to book in a full 60-minute consultation with Claire, either online or at her premises. After your appointment, you will receive a health optimisation plan (HOP), containing personalised guidance on nutrition, exercise, sleep and stress. During the consultation, if appropriate Claire will discuss the option of functional tests such as the DUTCH (dried urine test for comprehensive hormones), Advanced thyroid function blood test, Genetic testing for female hormones and Fasting Insulin.
